There's something special about the early morning hours, when the world is still and quiet, and the day is just beginning to unfold. It's a time of renewal, possibility, and hope, when anything seems possible and the world is full of potential.
My piano composition “7 A.M.” was inspired by my love for the early morning hours. I wanted to reflect my personal experience of waking up early, and the feelings of freshness, energy, and anticipation that come with it. The use of piano as the only instrument in my composition was to contribute to the reflective and introspective tone that is often associated with early morning hours.
For me, the early morning hours are a time of inspiration and creativity. As a composer, I often find myself drawn to the stillness of this time, and the unique energy that it brings. It's a time when I can focus deeply on my work, free from the distractions and noise of the day.
The piece is structured around a repeating motif that gradually builds in intensity and complexity, like the unfolding of a new day. It's a musical portrait of the early morning, and the feelings of peace and calm that it brings.
Once I had the initial inspiration for the piece, I began to experiment with different chord progressions and melodic ideas on the piano. I wanted the music to be simple and evocative, with a sense of space and openness that would capture the feeling of a new day slowly unfolding.
One of the things that I find particularly fascinating about music is the way that it can capture emotions and experiences that are difficult to put into words. With "7AM”, I wanted to capture the sense of wonder and possibility that comes with a new day and create a piece that would inspire and uplift those who listen to it.
Ultimately, I believe that the creative process is a deeply personal and individual journey, and that every artist has their own unique way of approaching it. For me, composing is a way to connect with my own emotions and experiences, as well as with the world around me, and to create something that speaks to others in a meaningful way.
MIDI Packs for Music Producers:
Apart from my passion for composing music, I'm also a sample pack producer. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of creating hundreds of sample packs for composers and producers through my own soundware company, Equinox Sounds.
I'm excited to share with you my latest creation: the Full MIDI Tracks Series. These packs feature full compositions in MIDI format that you can use for your personal and commercial music productions, as well as for multimedia projects such as YouTube videos, film soundtracks, video productions, radio/TV programs or commercials, computer games, and library music. Best of all, every MIDI file is 100% Royalty-Free.
Unlike MIDI loops that they are short and repetitive, the Full MIDI Tracks Series provide a more complete and complex musical arrangement that can be used as a basis for further creative development. Producers can experiment with different sound design and arrangement techniques, add their own instrumentation, or even change the genre of the original composition to create something entirely new.
So, if you're looking for fresh inspiration for your music productions, check out my Full MIDI Tracks Series here
